Rosas Cafe

An authentic Tex-Mex fast-casual restaurant chain, Rosa’s Cafe was founded 39 years ago in San Angelo, Texas. In 1995, Rosa’s Cafe's 5 locations were bought by Bobby D. Cox who then expanded the restaurant chain to the more than 50 restaurants they are today. Located throughout Texas, all Rosa’s Cafe restaurants are independently owned and are characterized by their authentic and colorful Mexican interior décor.

Rainforest Cafe

Rainforest Cafe, the jungle-themed restaurant chain, opened its first location in 1994, in the Mall of America, Bloomington, Minnesota at the hands of its founder Steven Schussler. With 16 locations in the US, Rainforest Cafe is currently owned by Landry’s Restaurant Inc., a company specialized in dining, among other things. With most of its income coming from local tourism, Rainforest Cafe is still, today, an unforgettable full-sensory experience for anyone, independent of your age.

Quiznos

Once considered the second-largest submarine sandwich restaurant chain in North America, Quiznos' first restaurant opened in Denver, Colorado, in 1981. Quiznos founder Jimmy Lambatos believed that the food you serve at any restaurant (even a fast-food one) should taste great and be prepared with high-quality and authentic ingredients. Even though the fast-food Quiznos chain grew to almost 5,000 locations at its peak in 2007, today there are only 166 Quiznos locations in the United States, 19 of which are in California.

Philz Coffee

Philz Coffee's story started 44 years ago when Phil Jaber decided to buy a convenience store in the Mission District, San Francisco. Still, it took him 19 more years to transform his hobby into a real business. Today, the coffee chain has 6 stores and offers 16 different coffee blends. To this day, all the coffee that is sold at Philz Coffee are customized blends crafted by Phil himself during the last 25 years.

La Carreta

The first La Carreta restaurant opened in 1976 in Little Havana. Founded by one of the many Cuban families exiled in Miami after 1959’s political takeover, La Carreta remains, to this day, loyal to its origins. Visit any of the 9 locations they have in Miami and you’ll find “abuela style” food, great service, and an authentic Cuban expresso experience.

Yard House

Yard House, was born in 1996, in Long Beach, California. Seen as heaven for beer lovers, Yard House has now 87 branches across the US, 24 of which are in the state where it was first open: California. Yard House is, to many people, the coolest and one of the best beer restaurants in the United States, and it was born from an idea from Steele Platt who, thanks to three other investors and the place's landlord, was able to open the first location in a Long Beach shopping mall.
