Today I took a trip to Fazoli’s, a restaurant which is pretty passionate and specialized in implementing Italian-American dishes in their menu.

I could really feel how much they valued quality, it was obvious from the food I tasted. Every ingredient tasted fresh and it was such a joy to hear that all of their pasta, pizza and breadsticks - and even most of their desserts - are made from scratch every single day. The only exception is a few desserts sourced from The Cheesecake Factory, but hey, who would complain about that!
