Decoding the Ordering Process at Kung Fu Tea

While the flavors and menu categories are more or less standard, the toppings, ice levels, and sugar levels can be personalized to your palate. So here's how you place an order at Kung Fu Tea: Choose an item on the menu. Next, the staff would ask you about any desired toppings, the preferable sugar level, and the ice level.

You have a plethora of topping choices to choose from - herbal jelly, mango bubble, aloe jelly, tapioca, pudding, nata jelly, and red bean. Some new kids on the block include caramel coffee jelly, strawberry jelly, lychee crystal bubbles, and oolong tea jelly.

You can choose your sugar levels in 25% increments. If you don't fancy a sweet drink but cringe at the thought of completely eliminating sugar, you can choose 50% or 75% sugar levels. If you are against sugar, just choose 0% sugar. The same guideline applies for the ice level as well. In case you steer clear from designating any sugar or ice level, the staff would serve you a drink with 100% sugar levels.
