My Visit to Saltgrass

When I ordered a steak at Saltgrass, I was mesmerized to learn that they use an open flame to char-grill their delights. Their secret ingredient? The Saltgrass menu is decked out with a plethora of picturesque mouthwatering options, starting off with delicious Appetizers such as Sirloin Bites, Hot Chicken Tenders, and Fried Mushrooms. Perfect for setting the palate, right?

The steaks at Saltgrass are ever-popular. On a personal note, my favourite is the Maudeen's Center-cut Filet which is a manageable 6oz! But if you're feeling like a culinary cowboy, go for the hefty Silver Star Porterhouse steak at 22oz. Better bring a hefty appetite! And if you're a seafood enthusiast, you should definitely try their Parmesan Crusted Flounder, which had a delightful blend of flavors.

And don't forget their choice of sides - simple yet complementary dishes like fries, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, and green beans. Each added a nice touch to the main course.
