Pointing out their dedication to quality, I learned that Harry handpicked the best cuts of beef from local markets during the early morning hours and personally handcrafted his patties. Fond memories of him molding patties and hand chopping potatoes for fries added more zest to each bite of my meal. This tradition of dedication persisted till present day, with the same recipes and ingredients being used. The fries were cut on location with no new additions to the menu. Committed to quality, no restaurant is more than 300 miles (ca. 483 km) from one of their patty-making facilities. As a first time visitor, I couldn’t help but admire their uncompromising stand on quality and friendly customer service, consistent across all their locations.

The menu is incredibly simple: Double-Double Burger, Hamburger, Cheeseburger, and Fries along with beverages like Soft Drinks, Lemonade, Shakes, Coffee, Milk, and Hot Cocoa. Although the offerings were minimalistic, the options were endless as you can request any modifications you fancy. Even though they’re not vegetarian-friendly, they do have a Grilled Cheese sandwich off their secret menu that vegetarians can enjoy. And while they don't have a children's menu, kids can easily customize their meals based on preference.
